9. Ensure the Roughneck drives truck to transport materials and well service equipment.

10. Supervises the drill team members on the oil rig and also looks after the drilling activities and equipment.

11. Provides leadership and ensures safety training and practices.

12. Resolves disputes and helps in solving personnel and operational issues.

13. Abstract, interpret, input, and analyze information on leases, amendments, assignments, and other legal documents in accordance with departmental procedures.

14. Ensure that all applicable bills are prepared in accordance with lease terms.

15. Determine appropriate charge types, as well as various calculation methods for charges.

16. Charge types determine general ledger posting.

17. Identify and escalate problematic lease language that is financially detrimental or difficult to efficiently administer.

18. Prepare analysis of financial input.

17. Inspect or test materials, stock, vehicles, equipment, or facilities to ensure that they are safe, free of defects, and consistent with specifications.

18. Plan and establish transportation routes.

19. Compute or estimate cash, payroll, transportation, personnel, or storage requirements.

20. Examine, measure, or weigh cargo or materials to determine specific handling requirements.

21. Dispatch personnel and vehicles in response to telephone or radio reports of emergencies.

22. Assist workers in tasks such as coupling railroad cars or loading vehicles.

23. Schedules and manages Route Specialists, to include route coverage, new account installs, measuring of major accounts, etc.

24. Holds RSRs accountable for following Service Standards and other standard operating guidelines.

25. Supports the functions of all other service personnel (Account Manager, Service Coordinator, etc.)

26. Partners with Account Managers and RSRs to achieve growth, retention, penetration and profitability of all existing accounts.

27. Follows all financial procedures as it relates to service, e.g., route audits, check-ins, account receivables.

28. Coordinates the completion of all actions items on all Performance Reviews and Customer Progress Reports.

29. Handles escalated customer service issues including pricing discrepancies and Contract Enforcement and Service Agreement Renewals.

30. Implements the corporate and regional training processes for new and existing RSRs.

UEC seeks a mid-level Manufacturing Engineer II to provide manufacturing system/process and technical support to the organization.

Primary Duties include:
• Designs, implements and streamlines of manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures
• Provide permanent improvements to assigned activities/projects
• Assists with continuous improvement 6-Sigma activities
• Provide Value Stream Analysis of specific production jobs addressing all aspects of waste
• Ensure new products, equipment and processes are subjected to PPAP's i.e. FMEA
• Assists in plant layout changes to improve flow and minimize waste
• Provide sound & efficient manufacturing layout design and support
• Apply knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the mechanical engineering/design field
• As required interface directly with customer on technical and delivery related matters
• Provide technical input and participation to MRB activities
• Provide research and input into manufacturing capital investments, e.g. ROI
• Interface directly with design and development on design for manufacturability

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
• A minimum of four (4) years related engineering experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems / controls
• Strong Statistical Analysis capability
• Ability to Project Manage meeting key deliverables
• Ability to perform technical analysis and prepare reports
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Solid desktop computer skills
• Working understanding of ISO 9001 or AS9100 a plus
• Preference for a background in PMP
